HOW DO I RETURN A LUNYA ITEM?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lunya purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just let us know—we’re happy to help! We offer free return shipping on all returns. 
Lunya accepts returns of unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of your ship date. We've made it simple for you to initiate an online return here.


WHAT IS LUNYA'S RETURN POLICY?

We have outlined the important things to remember below...

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ship date
  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging 
  • Returns must include your packing slip, if you don't have this please email happiness@lunya.co and we will provide a new one to include with your return
  • Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund, or may not qualify for a refund. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you
  • At this time, the following merchandise is final sale and not eligible for a refund—intimate bottoms, gift cards, gifts with purchase, and promotional items

Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, however if you need to return your item, the return shipping is on us!


I WANT TO RETURN FOR A REFUND…

You may be making a huge mistake, but no worries, we got you. Once you submit your request using the return form you will be able to download a pre-paid (as in, we pay!) return label. You will need to print this and slap it on your return package. If you received your order in one of our ‘Good For…’ shipping bags, we made those convenient re-sealable so you can use that to ship your return back to us.


I JUST NEED TO EXCHANGE…

Sweet—you’re making the right call. Return your purchase/item for a full refund, and place a new order for the correct item.

 

BUT IT WAS A GIFT! WHAT NOW?

No problem! We are happy to allow you to make returns. We can issue you a store credit that can be used online or in-store. That credit will never expire so you can take your time deciding what you would like instead.


I AM EXPECTING A REFUND...HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?

Please allow 5 – 8 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 2 days for us to process your return in house. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your credit card account.


OH NO! WHAT IF I THINK I RECEIVED SOMETHING THAT IS DAMAGED?
